Fuel Management

To provide national coverage for all of our clients, we can provide a fuel card agreement that is facilitated through the U.K’s largest fuel network.

The fuel cards can be issued for any fuel type and is accepted at over 12.500 fuel stations nationwide (including supermarket chains) ensuring your drivers have maximum coverage whilst still being able to access the most competitive fuel sites.

For additional security we can restrict purchases on the card to fuel type so whether a driver has a diesel, petrol or L.P.G. vehicle, we can restrict the fuel card to authorise the appropriate fuel type. Additional security features prevent non fuel or oil transactions being billed to the card.

In addition to your drivers being able to access almost every fuel station, internally your company will benefit from reduced administration. With every transaction regardless of how many fuel cards are issued to the company, single invoicing is applied. Additional reports are available detailing transactions either by fuel card, cost centre or driver.

Monthly reports can demonstrate where the drivers have refuelled, which brand they are using, how many litres have been purchased and at what pence per litre. For further information on fuel and fuel prices in your area please click the following links.
