Relief Vehicle after 24 Hours

If you have selected Relief Vehicle as an additional product within your maintenance contract – you are entitled to one of the following vehicles (dependant on selection made).

Group B Corsa 1.2 or Equivalent
Group C Astra 1.4 or Equivalent
Group D Vectra 1.8 or Equivalent
Group W Astra 1.6 Auto or Equivalent
Group F Omega 2.0 Auto or Equivalent
Group E Astra 1.8 Estate or Equivalent
Group X Astra Van or Equivalent
Group Z Transit SWB or Equivalent

The Relief Vehicle Provision within your contract is for MECHANICAL BREAKDOWN AFTER 24 HOURS ONLY – and does not include a vehicle for general service, maintenance or repairs. Courtesy vehicles for general service, maintenance and repair should be requested at the time of booking your vehicle in for the work required.

The Relief Vehicle Provision within your contract covers you if your vehicle is classed as “offroad” for more than 24 hours.

In the event of a relief vehicle being required, a relief vehicle will be provided within 24 hours of us being notified by the repairer that your vehicles has been classed as “offroad” for 24 hours.

In the event that a vehicle is classed as “offroad” over a weekend – the relief vehicle will be provided the next working day after the weekend. No relief vehicles can be delivered on a weekend, this extends through statutory and bank holidays.

The provision within your contract allows for a maximum of 28 days of relief vehicle provision per incident. If this limit is reached, any further relief vehicle requirements will be recharged back to you or your company at our daily rental rates.
