Fleet Management Reporting

A Fleet Management Reporting facility is available to all of our customers who have a maintenance contract provided by ourselves.

Reports are available in two formats:

Manual Paper Reports (MPR)

These include a paper based bound format listed by head office or cost centre and are supported by an electronic data CD that are delivered on either a quarterly, bi-annual or annual basis dependant on the content. Available at a monthly cost of £ 3.50 per month per vehicle plus VAT.

Internet Client Access (ICA)

This type of report service is a fully interactive reporting facility that the client can access via our secure internet service. It allows the client to view, save and print reports on any aspect of their fleet and also allows basic changes to be made such a re allocation of drivers / cost centres plus an automated online ordering facility for maintenance and fuel cards.

The ICA service is priced based on the clients fleet size and it can be included within the monthly maintenance rental of your vehicle.

This service is also available to outsourced fleet managed clients without a current fixed maintenance contract is in place and the cost is billed either annually in advance or added to the monthly card fee.
