| About Us | Service, Maintenance, Repair & Tyre Procedures When your vehicle requires service, maintenance or repairs you can log on to our maintenance provider's website to select a book a service to select and book a service for your car. Upon completing your booking – you will within 8 working hours receive confirmation from our maintenance control team that your booking has been confirmed at the dealer of your choice, or giving you an alternative date for the repairs to be carried out if they are unable to facilitate your request on your required date. If upon booking in the vehicle online you have given us a mobile telephone number – you will receive a text advising you’re that your booking has been confirmed. A reminder will be sent 24 hours prior to your booking day. If upon booking in the vehicle online you have given us an email address – you will receive an email advising you’re that your Alternatively, for service, maintenance or repairs you can call our driver specific maintenance helpline and they will take booking requirements from you directly. Thereafter they will confirm you’re booking back to you within 8 working hours. If you require a courtesy vehicle or collection / delivery service when your vehicle is in for general service, maintenance or When your vehicle requires tyres please take your vehicle to your local Kwik-fit Tyre Centre who will facilitate your requirements. If you require a mobile tyre service to come out to you – we also have a dedicated telephone line to arrange for them to attend.
